Sylvia's Tamales LLC, inspired by our love of Mississippi Delta Tamales-- homemade delicious, tasty tamales made with just the right amount of seasons and spice! We want to bring the love of this Mississippi Delta staple to Texas all year round, and we've created a catering company for special events, pop-ups and markets, online, and delivery sales to make it happen. Our mission is simple, make a good tamale product using quality ingredients, and share them with tamales lovers! Welcome to the new #Mississippi Delta Tamale Trail!

I grew up eating Mississippi Delta tamales almost every weekend with my dad. I wish he could be here now. He would be proud! Since then, I've spent years trying various peppers, fresh ingredients, and spices to develop my very own secret recipe! We cook delicious tamales to perfection and with lots of love, and we want to share them with you. We use only the highest quality fresh ingredients to create tamales you'll love. See you soon!
